Year 5 Transition activity
A big hello from all the Year 5 staff,
Transition day will be a little different this year, but your teachers can’t wait to find out all about you all. Hopefully you will have seen the ‘Transition video’ that each class teacher has put together for you, these should allow you see your new teacher/s and classroom (virtually) and allow you to find out a little about the exciting Y5 curriculum. We would love to know a little more about you though, and to do so, we would like you to complete the following task.
