You could use your own factual book or a factual book you have read at school.

Can you write a glossary of words that are unfamiliar to you?  Use a dictionary, google or Alexa to check the meaning of these unfamiliar words.

Can you write a paragraph about explaining how your book is structured/ laid out differently to fiction books and how you use it to locate information?

To read aloud independently and be able to answer questions about your text.  E.g. What page do I find…?
