Week beginning 22.1.18

We continue our focus on The Stone Age Boy, we will be writing a letter from him, telling all about his experience in the Stone Age. Our history topic looks at timelines.

In Maths, we are using the language of 'scaling' for multiplication, e.g. I have five square of chocolate, you have 6 times as many. How many squares of chocolate do you have? (5 x 6 = 30). We have used cubes and drawings to support us with this.

We are finishing our Light and Dark topic with shadow investigations.
